Our default Web player at the bottom right of each page sends out a 192 Kbps stream that can be hard on a cellular data plan. If you need lower bandwidth options or our main player isn’t working for you, try our embedded players below…
32 Kbps AAC+
Slightly better audio quality than AM radio, 32,000 KHz sample rate, and 32 kilobits per second bit rate using AAC+ encoding, with dual-channel stereo. This uses about 15 MB/hour of music sreamed and will go the easiest on your cell data plan.
64 Kbps AAC+
Not quite FM radio quality, 41,000 KHz sample rate, and 64 kilobits per second bit rate using AAC+ encoding, with dual-channel stereo. This uses about 30 MB/hour of music sreamed and represents a good compromise between audio quality and an affordable mobile bill.
192 Kbps MP3
Better than FM radio and approaching CD quality. This is our highest bitrate stream sampled at 41,000 KHz and in stereo. This is the same quality as our default player at bottom right and it sucks back around 115 MB/hour of data. Use this player if the default player that appears on every page is not working for you.
